Deep diving into your breath, your thought patterns and how your auto pilot routines are effecting your entire world!
7 hours of therapy + Coaching sessions
WEEK 1: Exploring the thoughts that come up in your own silence, learning about paying attention and being in the present moment.
WEEK 2: Working through "Automaticity" and the behaviors that occur outside of conscious awareness.
WEEK 3: Learning about our own judgments and opinions and how that changes our outlook on life.
WEEK 4: The art of acceptance and the consequences of resistance.
WEEK 5: Set goals consciously, creating less anxiety and more gratitude in your life.
WEEK 6: Self compassion and living mindfully in the day to day
WEEK 7: Learning how to understand 'the ego' and integration of lessons learned into everyday living.
